Kenney is an New York City resident born in the year 1999. Kevin Kenney and Gillian Kenney are the parents of her. Kevin Kenney was a journalist for Fox Sports and formerly worked as a writer for the New York Post. Emma Kenney shares the same birthplace as Emmy Rossum, her Shameless costar. Kenney, who was born and brought up in Manhattan and is the 19 year old actor who plays Debbie, Showtime TV's breakout show, Shameless. While she was born in New York, she spent the majority of her youth in Garden State. Kenney was also Darlene Gilbert (Sara Gilbert)'s daughter Harris in Roseanne.
